Goa for 2015/16 I am running trainings for this winter period from mid dec-mid jan
I am offering this training in laughter leadership skills. It is suitable for everyone. We will be covering a lot of material. This course is ‘hands on’ so plenty of opportunities to practice your newly acquired skills like leading a laughter meditation, guided relaxation, and facilitating a laughter session. We will start the day with pranayama breathing exercises. We will also be encouraging our childlike playfulness to spring into life.
Often people do this training to improve the quality of their own lives or incorporate the skills learnt into what they are already doing. Some people go on to start a laughter club or 1 to 1 coaching. It’s up to you. I have lead many trainings especially in India where I go to every winter. I was trained by Dr Katari
a. This training is affiliated with Dr Kataria’s School of Laughter Yoga there is a lot of information about Laughter Yoga on Dr Kataria’s web page ..www.laughteryoga.org.
£250 which includes only the training. All other costs are met by the participant. The fee includes 60 page ‘e manual’ sent before, extra handouts, ‘e’ book ‘Laugh for No Reason’ certificate, ongoing support afterwards through Facebook group, access to extra material eg research docs, laughter story, MP3guided relaxation, plus much more…
Goa is India’s most liberated state. By that I mean it I acceptable to drink alcohol, eat meat , fish and wear bikini on the beach. This is unheard of in most of India. This I find most relaxing and easy to feel ‘at home’ there.
I go away to India some winters and have primarily chosen Agonda in S.Goa to do this training in for several reasons. It is quiet, beautiful empty pristine beaches,[see photo] warm clean seas, friendly locals, incredible sunsets, great restaurants, optional interesting trips to spice farm, dolphin watching, up river ,other coastal beaches like Palolim, temples etc. There are regular yoga classes also happening there and lots of massage available for around £10. I describe Agonda to my friends as’ Paradise Found’
